In this 45–60-minute session, I will conduct a thorough evaluation of your condition, medical history, and any relevant lifestyle factors. From there, I will develop a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. This may include manual physiotherapy, soft tissue massage, exercise prescription, and more.
PHYSIOTHERAPY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
25-30 mins
My Physiotherapy follow up appointments are designed to help you stay on track with your treatment plan and continue making progress towards your goals. In these 25–30-minute sessions, I will provide you with ongoing support, guidance, and treatment as needed. This may include manual physiotherapy, soft tissue massage, exercise prescription, and more.

My 1:1 Chartered Physiotherapist led clinical Pilates/yoga sessions are designed to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall physical health. In these sessions, you will work one-on-one with me to develop a personalised Pilates or yoga routine that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your flexibility, build strength, or reduce pain, my clinical Pilates/yoga sessions use adapted postures and movements of both Pilates and yoga in a prescriptive method to help you achieve your goals in a safe and effective way.

My class assessment will asses your general mobility and give you an opportunity to discuss any current or previous injuries or limitations. It will help me to asses which class will be appropriate for you and set some current and future goals.
